Scales Update

I’m posting very late because I took my hubby to work this morning and spent all day doing errands. My poor kiddos.
But I did weigh this morning. Up a couple pounds, but that’s fine. This is a process and the weight does go up and down for various reasons. I’ve already done 2 big workouts this week and will do more after the fourth. So I hope to be down a pound or two next week. We’ll see.

I found this on Sharon Hinck’s blog a while back. Cracked me up. Wish I’d thought of these things back when I was in college and lived on my dorm’s ninth floor.

Congrats to Jane who won Rene Gutteridge’s Snitch. It’s a very fun book, and I’m sure she’ll enjoy it.
