Scales Update

July 3, 2007

I’m posting very late because I took my hubby to work this morning and spent all day doing errands. My poor kiddos.

But I did weigh this morning. Up a couple pounds, but that’s fine. This is a process and the weight does go up and down for various reasons. I’ve already done 2 big workouts this week and will do more after the fourth. So I hope to be down a pound or two next week. We’ll see.

    It sure is a process–a very LONG process. But we feel better, don’t we? You’ll be down again before you know it!

    Good job for sticking with it! I get discouraged and ‘fall off the wagon’ so easily. I think I’ve heard that you can gain a bit when you start working out or work out more than usual. Keep going! You can do it!

    Thanks for the encouragement. I know there’ll be days the scale goes up. That’s normal so I refuse to freak about it! :D
